What we ask of the client

We ask the client to commit to a process.  The process requires leadership, trust, and confrontation.  In leadership, no word is more important than trust.  Confrontation is good.  It simply means meeting the truth head-on.

We attack each search with the approach that fits the clients needs whether retained, contingent (with expectations), or sometimes we find that an engagement fee helps us to focus on the client more exclusively.  We erect no artificial walls that might limit the potential,  stifle the creativity or shackle the innovation of our search.

We believe it is important to focus on the technical details regardless of how we opt to define our search parameters.

We ask our clients to have the courage to make decisions.  Courage and confidence are what decision-making is all about.

We have checkpoints along the way for both the client and the candidate.  Business is all about adjustments.  So be ready to adjust.
